The purpose of re-structuring was creation of the only thing in Ukraine of the modern competitive enterprise for release glasses optics on the closed work cycle.
Experts of a factory have put before themselves a task of development new modern which save up energy technologies of a gain glasses with the physical and chemical characteristics which are not making a concession to the best foreign analogues, and pressing glass preparations from liquid glasses substance. The intense purposeful work of collective of a factory has allowed to commission at the end of 1999 the automated complex of manufacture of preparations glasses lenses.
With the purpose of improvement of quality of preparations, reduction expenses of energy on a unit of production and reception of a suitable glass for the first time to the SNG glasses on gas electric manufacturing of a glass the bathing furnace by productivity 10 million pieces of preparations the technology of a gain is developed and introduced into one year. As against earlier existing designs of bathing furnaces for glasses optics in the new furnace process manufacturing of a glass is carried out by warming up glasses by an electric current. The new technology of homogenization glasses substance is introduced also. As a material for glasses preparations serves specially developed high-quality easy, colourless, with small Bubbles the glass having, after introduction in synthetic structure special absorbents, protective properties from harmful influence on eyes of ultra-violet radiation of a solar spectrum. Glass with such characteristics is mastered in manufacture for the first time in the SNG.
Now at a factory works 170 persons, including 25 persons ITR.
The factory has two industrial sites: a site on a gain of a glass and pressing glasses preparations from liquid glasses substance and an optical site on processing glasses preparations on automatic transfer lines with application of the diamond tool.
Capacities of a factory now allow to make:
- glasses preparations - 10 million pieces per one year, including stigmatics, diameters from 50 up to 72 mm, a refraction from 00 up to + 20 dp., and also astigmatics and biphokals in any assortment under the documentation of the customer;
- glasses stigmatics lenses I and II groups " 2,5 million pieces in one year in diameters 64, 65, 68 and 70 mm, a refraction from 00 up to + 6,0 dp. with step 0,25 dp.
The specified quantity and the nomenclature of production IZOL practically completely answer inquiries of the market on colourless glasses a lens with a parameter of refraction 1,52. The factory has an opportunity of escalating of capacities and satisfactions of demand of consumers in any quantities(amounts) and assortment glasses preparations from this mark of a glass.
The basic consumers of production of a factory in 2000 were the optical processing enterprises and management of drugstores and bases of Ukraine and Russia.
Acceptance tests, examination and certification of parties of production, the certifications of products of medical optics executed by the independent centres, have confirmed high quality glasses preparations and the lenses made in ISOPOL.
The analysis of a condition of the market glasses optics shows, that due to high quality of let out production the factory gradually restores prestige of the manufacturer glasses optics in the markets of Ukraine and the SNG, a little bit lost during the compelled slump in production in 1994-99y.y.
In 2000 the enterprise works stably, providing a constant level of profitability. A parameter of stable work of the enterprise is growth of volumes of manufacture and realization of production, increase of labour productivity and quality of let out production that in due time allows to pay wages, payments under obligations and in the budget.
Prospect of development of a factory we count creation of laboratory experimental base for expansion of the nomenclature of welded on marks glasses with the purpose of development in manufacture photohroms, biphokals and strongly refraction glasses for glasses preparations, and also wide assortment of marks of a color glass for sun-protection and special glasses.
